All clients who are interested in our supervised medical weight loss program needs to have an initial consult with Hanna, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. During this appointment she will determine whether you are qualified for the weight loss program. Not all clients can qualify. Our provider will meticulously decide if you are medically qualified to get medications that will help you achieve the weight that you are aiming for.

The cost of the initial weight loss consult will be waived if you purchase a 3-month package within 30-days of your consultation.
